Having been senior corporate executives both in major corporations and startups, the founders have a deep understanding of what matters and how to operationally implement strategies in emerging areas of finance.
Co-Founder
Tejesh is an entrepreneur at his core. He has a proven track record in accounting, consulting, and investment banking. Tejesh has worked with PwC, McKesson Corp. and has consulted with the World Bank. He has been a pioneer in digital innovation, founding Internet for U and Dakkhana.com. Tejesh’s enduring passion, however, is to identify and embrace innovative technologies that promise to transform industries. Tejesh sees the Tokenization of Assets as one of those technologies. Tejesh has an MBA from Cornell and is a Chartered Accountant.
Co-Founder
A seasoned finance and operations executive with an entrepreneurial bent, Prabhat has been a CFO for both public and private companies. Early in his career he worked in the UK in public accounting, consulted with the World Bank, and then spent his career in high tech in Silicon Valley. Prabhat was the CFO at Network Associates (McAfee) and currently is an adviser to startups. Prabhat has an undergraduate from the London School of Economics, an MBA from the University of Chicago and is a Chartered Accountant.
